Production/Shipping Error

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This gives us an opportunity to evaluate the situation and resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

In most cases Printful will request a clear photo of the product on a flat surface, so that they can make a proper assessment. If they deem the error to be their responsibility, Printful will re-ship the order free of charge.

Dras Selex has a 14- Day Policy for customer complaints, which means customers have up to 14 days after receiving an item to notify us of any issue.

That being said, we urge customers to notify us as soon as possible to help us make this process more efficient.
